Church Planting from the Ground Up is a visionary guide for the critical task of new church multiplication. Share in the wisdom of these field-tested veterans as you gain insight from their stories, practical ideas, and real-world experiences. Paul Williams, Brent Foulke, and Dave Smith are all contributing authors to this volume edited by Tom Jones of Emmanuel School of Religion and Stadia East.

Each year, author Brian Jones, senior minister of the Orchard Group-planted Christ's Church of the Valley in Philadelphia, invites his congregation to submit questions for a sermon series he calls, "Questions I Want to Ask God." One question is always asked more than any other: "Why does God allow bad things to happen?" Second Guessing God is Jones's response to that question. Like a good friend, Brian comes alongside those seeking help in the trials of life to help them find meaning and strength.
